But… the best feature is that it is so conveniently close to Hout Bay Beach, picturesque harbour, the shops, restaurants, gyms, Chapmans Peak Drive, and more – only 7 minutes’ walk at the most.The MyCiti bus stop is just across the road from the apartment, and the City Sight Seeing Hop–on-Hop-off bus also departs from nearby.

”Riversong Hout Bay” is personally managed by the owners Charl and Erna van Tonder who take pride in ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Weekly rate: From R 6 800 to R 7 800 per week, depending on the season.
Monthly rate: From R18 800 to R 23 800 per month, depending on the season.

“Riversong Hout Bay” is situated at the foot of the world famous Chapmans Peak Drive with its spectacular views and amazing hiking and cycling opportunities. It is also on the route to Cape Point Nature Reserve, via the popular Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach. The Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens is nearby, and a 10 minute drive takes you to the world famous Wine Estates of the Constantia Valley.
