“Cosy Corner Hout Bay” is within a few minutes’ walking distance from the beach and harbour, some of Cape Town’s top restaurants, shops, banks, doctors and pharmacies and gyms.
Yet – Cape Town Central and the famous V & A Waterfront is only a 25-minute drive away, along the scenic Atlantic Coastline with hardly any traffic on the way.
The very popular City Sightseeing Bus departs nearby on a daily basis, and the MyCiti bus stop is just across the road from the apartment.

Monthly rate: From R 14 800 to R18 800 per month, depending on the season.

Surprisingly beautiful is the 20-minute drive from “Cosy Corner Hout Bay” – along the very Scenic Atlantic Coastline – to Table Mountain Cable Way, Cape Town Central and the V & A Waterfront.
